BASTRIKA PRANAYAMA

Before you start with any asana or breathing exercise, it is always advised to start with a warm-up yoga.  

​

Bhastrika Pranayama is a breathing exercise that helps to increase life force in your being. It is also used to energize the body and clarify the mind. I will be narrating the steps to follow. Please watch the video and keep up.
