Before you start with any asana or breathing exercise, it is always advised to start with a warm-up yoga.
Kapalbhati Pranayama is a breathing exercise that is very effective in curing stomach disorder, obesity, digestive disorder and many problems related to the stomach. I will be narrating the steps to follow. Please watch the video and keep up.
